Vestry Passage

A passage to the clergy vestry was created in 1950 when the access to the upper vestry was altered. This allowed the clergy to enter the choir vestry (on the ground floor of the tower at this time) and then all leave to process through the two doors (now toilet and kitchen). You can see how thick the walls of the tower are when you visit the church.
